Recruiter

Temporary full-time Recruiter role (approximately 2 months) based in Commerce, CA, focused on sourcing and managing the end-to-end hiring process with employment and labor law compliance. Responsibilities Design and implement recruiting strategies using social media management tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) including Workday , iCIMS , and PeopleSoft Research and identify candidates using cold calling , networking, campus recruitment, and lead generation Run full-cycle recruiting: review resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and extend employment contracts Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans Maintain ongoing candidate relationships to support a positive hiring experience Use recruiting platforms such as Lever and Taleo to track candidate progress and produce recruitment reports Stay up to date on employment & labor law to support compliance throughout hiring activities Support onboarding activities including employee orientation and training and development initiatives Assist succession planning by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles Use social media management tools to strengthen employer branding and reach diverse talent pools Requirements 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing roles Proficiency with ATS platforms including iCIMS , Taleo , Lever , or Workday Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Kronos or UltiPro Strong knowledge of employment and labor law compliance and contracts management Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders Knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation to identify talent opportunities Experience using social media management for employer branding Familiarity with HR management systems including Salesforce , Paychex , PeopleSoft , or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated skills in employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and human resources management practices Location and Type Location: Commerce, CA (onsite) Schedule: Temporary full-time (approximately 2 months) Pay $25.00–$30.00 per hour Technologies ATS: Applicant Tracking Systems HRIS: Human Resources Information Systems Workday iCIMS PeopleSoft Lever Taleo Kronos UltiPro Salesforce Paychex #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Direct Services
