Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Clinic Address : 1205 Garces Hwy. Suite 205, Delano, CA Qualifications & Pay Range Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day) Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $85,000-$115,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus : Available in select locations!
