Our Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:

• Assist with high-traffic walk-in candidates, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Review candidate details and profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with recruiters to facilitate the processing and engagement of walk-in candidates.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
• Maintain organized records and update candidate information in Bullhorn as required.
• May help with candidate screening and front-desk type support while learning the role.
• May assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently, supporting a high volume of candidates across multiple roles and stakeholders

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative or coordination experience in a business environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with candidates
• Proficiency in using technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
• Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Base pay range for this position is $21.45 – $25 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
