Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM PST Location Must reside in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time. (PST) If you are located in Seattle , WA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities Engagement and relationship experience with members, providers, networks, internal and external functional partners Written oral and written communication skills: facilitating internal, cross-functional and external relationships Deep understanding of Medicaid and LTSS principles Data entry background Excel/Word knowledge computer comfort Analysis of data and reports/Reporting ability Basic understanding of reporting, program metrics, data analysis Workflow development, gap analysis, and continuous process improvement Proactive problem solving Organizational Skills Performs other duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of Medicaid experience 2+ years of experience with LTSS (Long Term Services and Supports) 1+ years of data entry experience Intermediate computer proficiency experience Knowledge of data analysis and reporting Must reside in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time. (PST) Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic medical records (ECW) 1+ year customer service experience Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans Knowledge of medical terminology Soft Skills Ability to work independently and as a team, and maintain good judgment and accountability Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret information from others *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
