Senior Statistician (RWD/RWE)

General Description: Provide project support for RWD analyses and RWS. Responsibilities Develop individual protocol/SAP and determine appropriate statistical methodology. Participate in database design meetings to ensure that the data collected are of high quality and satisfy analysis requirements. Collaborate with the statistical programming staff to ensure that all programs meet analysis and external requirements. Perform key and innovative parts of the analyses and interpret results. Prepare oral and written reports to effectively communicate results. Review statistical related documents during project initiation, conduct and reporting when external vendors are involved. Be involved in research activities for innovative statistical methods and applications. Prepare materials and conduct training to internal/external audiences in venues initiated by MA and commercial. Provide statistical consultation and review to other requests from other functions (e.g. clinical development or commercial). Computer Skills Microsoft Office apps, SAS and R. Qualifications PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design. Basic working knowledge of statistical and data processing software such as SAS and/or R. Basic good presentation, oral and written communication skills. Ability to learn, being proactive, motivated, and consistently focus on details and execution. Demonstrates interest in statistical research activities and application of novel methods to clinical trial development. Ability to work in a team environment with clinical team members. Travel Yes, depends on needs. Education PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Earnings Salary Range: $121,400.00 - $161,400.00 annually. BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Non‑Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
