Construction Estimator

Responsibilities Review project specifications and construction drawings to understand scope and deliverables Prepare detailed take‑offs and cost analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract work Build and submit complete proposals including budgeting, scheduling, and pricing strategies Manage subcontractor invitations to bid and evaluate responses to ensure competitive pricing Conduct subcontractor leveling and scope comparisons to support accurate buys Perform project buy‑out and contracting after award Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and reconciling data Establish relationships with industry partners and stay informed on trends that influence pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr
