Registered Nurse Triage

To extend care beyond regular clinic hours, the full-time Remote Call Center Triage Registered Nurse will address patients' medical, social, and psychological needs telephonically while ensuring clear documentation and scheduling appointments as necessary. Key responsibilities Provide professional service to patients while managing calls and documentation Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits as needed Check and complete CareReqs, ensuring all tasks within the role's scope are fulfilled Required qualifications Active, non-probationary state Registered Nurse license Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior remote work experience with proficiency in PC skills and navigating systems Demonstrated reliability and a high level of conscientiousness in a remote work environment Motivation to complete Continuing Education and licensure requirements independently
