We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, single-location practice with 30+ years in the community . Our recently renovated office features new equipment, a loyal patient base, and a supportive team environment .

What We Offer

• $125,000–$150,000 base salary + 25%
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Build lasting relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate records using Dentrix

Requirements

• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Active Florida dental license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Patient-focused approach
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in long-term growth
