Position Summary: The Men’s Basketball Student Manager assists Men’s Basketball Program with multiple facets of everyday operations including practices/games and pre/post-season workouts. The Student Assistant reports to the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. Essential Functions Pack team bags for road games. Maintain/handle equipment for practices/games. Carry water bottles. Assist with laundry, equipment, inventory, filing, and copying. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer and office copier skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage time. Ability to work independently in an office environment. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA. Required Education Current UIW student. Required Work Experience None. Preferred Qualifications None. Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations None. Work Hours Monday- Friday, up to 20 hours per week. Physical Demands Typical movement for this position.
