Servicing Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania, our team understands the unique challenges of preserving and strengthening barns in varying climates.

We are currently seeking a full-time motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting customers, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Customer-service and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM, email, and scheduling software
• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
• Reliable and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer messages professionally
• Provide product and service information and resolve customer concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage sales calendar
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Work with the sales team to meet goals and improve customer retention
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
