About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in metal manufacturing, particularly in the areas of welding, public transportation, and government municipalities. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the company's operational capabilities, implementing robust systems, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure the quality, performance, and profitability of the business. This pivotal role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior management position, a proven track record in leading large teams, and a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, supply chain, and IT. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and managing operational systems, and fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment.
