Daily Responsibilities: Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with various health conditions Implement the nutrition care process to monitor and evaluate patient progress Offer diabetes education and support to patients with diabetes Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Required Skills: Strong background in nutrition education and clinical nutrition Experience in nutrition assessment and care planning Knowledge of the nutrition care process and medical nutrition therapy Ability to provide nutrition counseling and support to patients Licensed as a Dietitian in the state of Maryland Nice to Have Skills: Experience in community nutrition and nutrition support Knowledge of renal nutrition and dietary assessment Ability to develop therapeutic diets and conduct nutrition analysis Certification as a Nutrition Support Clinician Experience in wellness programs and enteral nutrition Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $68,000.00 Maximum Salary: $80,000.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability Company Information: CoreLife Healthcare, in partnership with MedStar Health, enhances total health by providing a multifaceted approach to obesity, chronic illness, root causes, social determinants of health, and related side effects through the coordinated on-site management of medical care, nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health for each patient.
