Part Time Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a member of the Front Office Team. Front Desk Agents are responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face to face and on the phone. The individual is required to : demonstrate good computer skills, accurately handle cash and charges; stand for extended periods of times; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. *We are looking primarily for dependable part-time 3rd shift workers for the hours of 11pm-7am mainly on Friday and Saturdays. * Weekend availability is required and flexibility is a must. We also provide bonus pay throughout the year as well as anniversary bonuses. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while managing reservations. Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and preparing financial reports. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service. Arrange and stock breakfast service area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies before guest service hours and from 6am-7am.
