Using company and locally developed training programs, work with new hires in classroom and field settings to prepare them for a career in Operations. Responsible for tracking individual performance. Implement new training programs as needed. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. Also serves as associate advocate to enhance associate's career experience and quality of work life, as well as boosting retention rate for the Warehouse and Transportation positionsPosition ResponsibilitiesWorks with OpCo leadership to address the current and future workforce training needs of the company.Coordinate training and Onboarding process with Warehouse and Transportation departments to ensure new hires are fully prepared for high performance for their respective positions.Provides input into hiring and termination decisions based on performance during the training period.
