Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality construction projects. Carpenters will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to layout, framing, formwork, finish carpentry, and general construction activities. This role is essential to maintaining jobsite productivity and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Layout and build foundations, framing, walls, floors, door and window openings.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other finish carpentry elements.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades on site to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry required.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in carpentry construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods during a regular 8+ hour shift
• Occasionally required to stoop, bend, walk, crouch, and climb
• Must be able to frequently lift at least 25 lbs and carry up to 15 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk on uneven ground and work at heights
• Exposure to dust, dirt, grease, noise, and construction-related materials

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass a drug test
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willing to take initiative and solve problems in the field
