Director of Delegation Oversight

Leading a team in multi-state delegation oversight activities, the full-time salaried Director of Delegation Oversight will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage vendor relationships, and oversee performance metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Directs the strategic oversight of delegated vendor activities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborates with internal partners to manage vendor performance, audits, and corrective action plans Oversees contract management and serves as a key point of contact for escalated vendor issues and risks Required qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience in delegation oversight, auditing, or vendor management A minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role Proficiency in data analysis and project management Ability to build relationships and manage cross-functional teams Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
