-Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in leadership and business development

Sales, management, or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Ability to obtain or currently hold a General Lines Property Casualty and Life and Health license
