Our location in Cicero ensures easy access to various community resources, enhancing our ability to provide effective outpatient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of residents to accurately assess their physical capabilities and needs, utilizing standardized testing and measurements.Create and execute personalized treatment plans aimed at improving residents' mobility, strength, and overall functional independence, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrical stimulation.Document residents' progress meticulously, using electronic health record systems to track outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to optimize recovery.Engage in ongoing assessments and be responsive to changes in residents' conditions, ensuring all treatments align with the highest standards of safety and quality.Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, ensuring all parties are informed of the patient's progress and fully invested in their rehabilitation journey.Provide education to residents and their families regarding home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to encourage long-term wellness and the maintenance of physical health.Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional standards to ensure exceptional care delivery.Patient Population / Client FocusThis role primarily focuses on serving the geriatric population and individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Oasis, you will directly impact residents' lives, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
