Location: Miami, Florida (In-Person)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable, full-time Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a distinguished property in the Miami Beach area. You will be responsible for ensuring that the residence is maintained to the highest standard, managing staff, coordinating contractors, and handling ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
• Manage household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure top-tier results.
• Monitor property budgets and handle administrative tasks.
• Ensure the property is secure and operational at all times.
Key Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• College education
• Attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
