Restaurant Supervisor

Overview The Restaurant Supervisor will support daily operations while driving team accountability, service standards, and overall guest experience. We are seeking a passionate and guest focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading daily breakfast and dinner service operations, acting as the primary point of contact on the floor in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager. This role ensures service standards are upheld, supports team accountability, and delivers an elevated guest experience. Lead and oversee breakfast and dinner service operations Act as the primary point of contact on the floor , especially in the absence of the F&B Manager Conduct and lead pre‑shift meetings , communicating daily priorities, service expectations, and updates Monitor and ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Support with scheduling and shift coverage , ensuring proper staffing levels Provide real‑time coaching and support to team members during service Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety standards .
