Job Title: Cardiology Provider

Certifications: BLS required.
Must-Have: Inpatient - Cardiology experience required.
Description:
Seeking cardiology providers for PM inpatient coverage.
Two weeks of overnight coverage per month needed.
Looking for 1-2 providers available on a long-term, ongoing basis.
Assignment begins immediately upon the completion of credentialing.
Estimated credentialing time is 30-60 days.
Inpatient 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Shifts start on Thursdays and end on Wednesdays.
Patient encounters per shift range from 7 to 18.
Facility trauma level is 2.
Fellowship training in cardiology required.
Specialty skills required include:
Inpatient - Cardiology.
ICU experience.
Non-invasive cardiology.
Echocardiography.
Nuclear Cardiology proficiency required.
TEE (Transesophageal Echo) preferred.
STEMI experience is not required.
Invasive cardiology - diagnostic only is not required.
PA catheter placement is not required.
IABP (Intra Aortic Balloon pump) placement is not required.
Cardiac catheterization is not required.
Heart biopsy is not required.
Invasive cardiology - Interventional is not required.
Angioplasty - PTCA is not required.
Intracoronary stent placement is not required.
Atherectomy is not required.
Electrophysiology is not required.
Cardiac ablation is not required.
Permanent pacemaker placement is not required.
Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (AICD/ICD) placement is not required.
