Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals in the ICU, adhering to best practices and safety protocols
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to emergencies promptly
• Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied health professionals, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs
• Uphold infection prevention standards and ensure a safe, supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Current experience in an ICU setting
• Proven ability to function effectively in high-pressure, acute care situations
• Proficiency with ventilators, EKGs, and other ICU-specific equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to patient acuity and changing unit needs

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
