Vivo HealthStaff is looking for licensed LVNs for home health and clinic care in areas surrounding San Diego.Implement the plan of care and treatment using sound judgment and critical thinking.Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process.Prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specifically to the commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications. Observe, reports, and record adverse reactions to medications and/or treatment to the registered nurse.Requirements:Active and Unrestricted CA licenseOne (1) year of paid experience requiredCertified CPR cardLicensed driver with valid automobile insuranceNegative TB test or chest x-rayCleared Physical ExamAdhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityResponsibilitiesGraduate of an accredited LVN program.Possess a current California LVN license.Interest, demonstrated ability and one-year experience working with the elderly or frail population required.Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team.
