Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - South Lake Union

Employment type: Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 16‑24 patient care hours per week Location: Seeing patients in South Lake Union (with float to nearby clinics as needed) What you'll be working on: Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role) Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states, if required Education, licenses, and experience required: At least 2 years of primary care experience Licensed in Washington or ability to obtain licensure there Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in 1‑on‑1 and group settings Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization that uses data to improve patient outcomes Board certification Desired attributes: Passion for human‑centered primary care Effective communication with and care for individuals of all backgrounds Proficiency in technology for high‑quality care delivery Evidence‑based primary care skills Team orientation and openness to feedback and reflection Confidence in navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues Adaptability to meet patient needs Compensation: Hourly rate: $90.00 (final determination based on experience and schedule). Additional pay may be awarded for exceeding specified qualifications and requirements.
