Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.Job Responsibilities:Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervisionPerform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plansAdminister general, regional, and monitored anesthesia careMonitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stabilityProvide post-anesthesia care and pain managementMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staffEnsure compliance with hospital policies and safety standardsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia programCurrent CRNA certificationEligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensureCurrent BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safetyAbility to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care modelCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salarySigning bonusEducational loan assistanceRelocation assistanceAnnual CME, licensing, and professional membership allowanceComprehensive health benefitsShort-term and long-term disability coverage403(b) and 457(b) retirement savings plans
