Meraki Greek Bistro is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Line Cook to join our team in Miami, FL. THE BASICS The Line Cook position typically requires availability for shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday , with weekend hours as needed. Our business operates from 11 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. There may also be opportunities to work additional hours at our other locations in Coconut Grove and Miami Beach for those interested. All you need is Experience in a restaurant kitchen Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, including grilling and baking Understanding of safe food handling practices Strong personal hygiene and cleanliness standards Reliability and punctuality Ability to thrive in a team environment and excellent multitasking skills Bilingual abilities are a plus. How do we care for our team? We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19 per hour , depending on experience.
