As an Insurance Customer Service Rep in our Ministry Department, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for ministry and church clients while managing their day-to-day insurance needs. You’ll review accounts, process policy changes and renewals, communicate with carriers, and proactively follow up on outstanding items. This role offers hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within a personal, family-oriented workplace. Review accounts, policies, and coverage needs. Process changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements. Communicate with carriers and underwriters. Follow up on renewals and outstanding items. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Requirements Current P&C (property & casualty) MO license 2-3 years industry experience with working knowledge of AMS360 a bonus Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving mindset.
