Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse

As a Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse, you deliver high-acuity cardiac and transplant critical care for post-surgical and unstable patients. You perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex hemodynamics, titrate critical infusions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You use nursing judgment to adapt plans of care, maintain accurate documentation, support patient and family education, and contribute to safe, evidence-based practice in a technologically advanced ICU setting.
