As part of LM's overall strategic 1LMX initiative this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.This lead role includes but is not limited to the following:• Leads the cleansing, mapping, conversion and testing of key indirect master data to include overhead, capital, IRAD and NBF projects for Space through Build/Implementation with 4 test cycles starting in 2027 and go-live planned for Jan 2029• Process knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA central processes• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across F&BO and IT to meet conversion timelines and objectives• Engages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution• Empowered to make timely decisions related to testing and conversion in alignment with 1LMX design and with Space critical business processes in mind• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practiceOther duties will be assigned as required to support the organization.
