Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Responsibilities You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Maintain a fast-paced, high-volume environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Training, Advancement & Benefits Paid Training and a Management Development Program that trains and certifies Assistant Managers; program supports both limited experience and experienced candidates with self-paced learning and fast tracking. Opportunities for franchising: only store managers who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year are eligible to apply for a franchise.
