Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide professional, responsive support to customers and assist with a variety of day-to-day service needs. This position serves as a reliable point of contact for questions, requests, product and service information, and general customer assistance. The Customer Service Associate will communicate with customers, identify their needs, provide accurate information, and coordinate with internal team members when additional assistance is required. Responsibilities include: Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, policies, and current offerings Listen to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information Respond to routine customer inquiries and service requests Help customers understand available options and appropriate next steps Maintain a professional and helpful approach throughout customer interactions Provide timely follow-up on outstanding questions and requests Document customer interactions, requests, and relevant updates Maintain accurate customer information in company systems Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs Identify routine concerns and escalat more complex matters when appropriate Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to customers Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and company procedures Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring questions or concerns to the appropriate team members Support customer onboarding and general account-related activities when needed Assist with scheduled customer service initiatives and activities Complete additional customer support responsibilities as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred 1 year of experience in customer service, client services, hospitality, retail, sales support, or another customer-facing environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach Strong listening and interpersonal skills Ability to explain information clearly and accurately Good organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Comfortable communicating with a variety of customers and internal team members Ability to handle routine customer concerns professionally Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or similar business software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Employee recognition programs Team and company activities Supportive and collaborative working environment Structured onboarding and ongoing role support Variety of customer service responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
