We are recruiting friendly self‑motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our growing company. Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor. Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise. Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed. Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding the operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly. Commit to exceptional customer service. Qualifications HVAC Certification Bilingual NSPIre knowledge a plus 3 Years Experience Pool operator preferred Make ready experience Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal work hours are usually between 8 am – 5 pm, Mon‑Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
