Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Leader to deliver exceptional service while managing junk removal operations. You'll provide friendly, professional customer interactions, safely handle items, and support our environmental mission through proper sorting and disposal. Full-time; flexible shifts available 24 Water Street, Holliston, MA 01746 Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer experiences with a friendly and professional demeanor. Efficient Junk Removal: Safely load and transport unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. Promote Sustainability: Assist in sorting items for donation, recycling, or disposal, aligning with our environmental mission. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient job completion. Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Customer-Centric Attitude: Passionate about providing excellent service and building rapport with clients. Physical Stamina: Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day. Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and supports fellow team members. Reliable and Punctual: Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to scheduled shifts.
