Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator on Gilead's Serialization Program working closely with the Serialization Program Manager, project managers, work stream leads, and other project team members to facilitate on-time delivery of the program phases within the agreed budgets.

Assists in the day-to-day aspects of managing the program and work stream, such as developing project or program artifacts, updating the project or program schedule, communicating to team members, developing and posting status reports, and checking on the quality and timelines of work.

Follows the Gilead corporate project management processes, IT Unity Framework, and local site procedures to ensure that required project deliverables are provided (project plan, project schedule, specifications, etc.) and that they are "GxP compliant".
