We are currently hiring a Recruiter based in Baton Rouge to help us attract top talent across our network. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire top-tier Clinical, Executive, and Administrative staff Build and maintain a network of qualified healthcare professionals Evaluate candidates’ skills and experience in relation to job requirements Identify and forecast staffing needs and growth opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in healthcare recruitment, especially within the Southern Gulf Coast region Actively participate in community events, job fairs, and professional networking opportunities to promote the organization and attract top talent Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain an organized, proactive candidate pipeline Ensure data integrity and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3–5 years of recruiting experience within a healthcare setting Prior experience recruiting for hospice or home care services strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruiting trends across the Southern Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS, AL, AR, FL) Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage at all organizational levels Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Highly professional, results-oriented, and adaptable Willingness to travel as needed Flexible work hours when required We Offer Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan A dynamic and supportive work environment with real growth potential Join us in shaping the future of healthcare by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities.
