- Manage due diligence activities, including utility coordination and other preconstruction efforts, prior to construction handoff.
- Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, ensuring all materials are uploaded to Procore, including contact lists, drawings, permit status, lease language and exhibits, capital request breakdowns, and any landlord contributions or reimbursements.
- Maintain an organized repository of all preconstruction work products by site for future reference and auditability.
- Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities to internal and external team members, and track and summarize progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with design criteria, spending policies, transaction policies, and internal standards while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for upper management regarding project and program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
