Opportunity:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Nephrology Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time night shift position with 3 12-hour shifts per week, rotating every 3 weekends (6:45p-7:15a)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus eligible
• 17-bed unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Great teamwork environment with tenured nurses in place
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
• Current state RN license required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
