Senior ETL Data Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in Process Intelligence solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior ETL Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior ETL Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting innovative data integration initiatives. Job Title: Senior ETL Data Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Pay Range: What's the Job? Lead design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform (e.g., Celonis). Participate in analysis sessions and work with data analysts to document data mappings and ETL requirements. Build reliable, secure connections to source systems (JDBC, Kafka, APIs) and validate data ingestion. Implement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and data integrity. Design and implement audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and correctness from application platforms to the process-mining environment. What's Needed? Strong proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data integration techniques. Experience with building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data ingestion processes. Ability to troubleshoot failures and optimize performance of ETL jobs. Knowledge of source system connections such as JDBC, Kafka, and APIs. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams. What's in it for me?
