Job Title Senior Lockbox Processor Location Ops Center What You'll Do As a Senior Receivables Processor you will support the Bank's Receivable Operation, enabling customers to accept electronic and traditional paper‑based payments. You will capture remittance information using efficient technology services and transfer information to output files and reporting. You will work with a team of Receivables Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities include data entry, quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits. Support the Receivables Supervisor in delivering a comprehensive, prompt, and efficient client experience. Support the daily workflow to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Execute routine tasks such as sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments for accuracy, and scanning deposits with high‑speed optical scanners. Meet strict processing deadlines prior to designated cutoff times. Assist in training and development for new employees, perform advanced research, and handle high‑value clients. What You'll Need 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or a similar field. High school diploma required. Entry‑level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services. Entry‑level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, and industry standards and practices. Back‑office receivables operation experience. Ability to type 10 keys by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy. Entry‑level speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation Hourly range for new hires is generally $19.09 – $21.50 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary is determined by specific job location. The role may also be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
