They're hiring the first Compliance Lead to build the compliance function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with some of the largest regulated customers in the world (including major banks), guiding them through compliance reviews and ensuring confidence in partnership. You’ll thrive here if you: Have 8+ years of experience in compliance, ideally within banking or financial institutions Are comfortable leading compliance conversations with enterprise customers Move quickly, prioritize aggressively, and embrace a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset (startup experience a plus) Are based in SF or NYC and enjoy an in-office, high-collaboration environment.
