Clinical Account Executive - Multiple Myeloma - Wilmington, DE
AbbVie
Field-based clinical sales role focused on Multiple Myeloma in the Delaware/Maryland region. The position requires combining clinical expertise with strategic account planning to drive territory business objectives while building relationships across the oncology care network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans aligned with brand strategy
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators
- Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant customer engagements demonstrating clinical expertise
- Analyze territory performance using data and customer insights to optimize execution
- Partner cross-functionally to coordinate customer experiences and ensure compliance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- Oncology or hematology background, preferably Multiple Myeloma
- Competitive selling skills and proven sales track record
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel regularly by air or car
