McAlister's DeliAs a Back of the House Team Member you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environmentPrepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standardsRead orders and prepare food accurately and efficientlyKeep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stockedFollow food safety, sanitation, and quality standardsWork with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothlyReliable, positive, and team-orientedAble to work in a fast-paced kitchenAble to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shiftRestaurant experience is helpful, but training is providedThis position is with a franchised McAlister's Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
