• Regular weekday office hours
• Evenings and weekends as required for religious education classes, sacramental preparation, and special events

Position Summary
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator to oversee the planning and administration of Catholic faith formation programs supporting military members and their families at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. This position combines program coordination, volunteer leadership, event planning, and administrative support to ensure successful religious education activities throughout the year.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate Catholic religious education classes for children, youth, and adults
• Assist with sacramental preparation programs
• Recruit, schedule, and support program volunteers
• Maintain attendance records and participant information
• Develop annual schedules and coordinate religious education events
• Support Vacation Bible School and seasonal faith formation activities
• Prepare reports and maintain program documentation
• Coordinate classroom schedules, educational materials, and facility use
• Communicate with families, volunteers, clergy, and chapel leadership
• Ensure activities are conducted in a safe, organized, and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience coordinating religious education, youth ministry, church administration, or similar programs
• Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and religious education practices
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience working with volunteers and families
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background screening required for working around minors
• Reliable transportation to Seymour Johnson Air Force Base

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Education, Theology, Education, or a related field
• Experience supporting Catholic parish or military chapel programs
• Experience coordinating religious events and volunteer programs
