What You'll Do

• Assist in breast biopsy procedures, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
• Position and instruct patients to obtain diagnostic-quality radiographs
• Ensure work area safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment supplies
• Manually enter data for accurate dictation and billing preparation
• Follow all facility policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort

What You Need

• Required:
  • Michigan Mammography Technologist license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in mammography procedures
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience with biopsy procedures and stereotactic imaging
  • Strong patient communication skills
