APP - General Surgery Opportunity Location: Astoria, Oregon Established General Surgery team seeking an experienced Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive surgical care. Opportunity to practice in a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the Northern Oregon Coast. Collaborative environment focused on high-quality outpatient and surgical care with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Practice DetailsMonday-Friday schedule with up to 10 days of call per month. Dedicated clinic days and OR block time. Busy rural general surgery practice with a variety of bread-and-butter surgical cases. Autonomy to see new patients, follow-ups, and pre-/post-operative consultations. Active, unrestricted Oregon PA or NP license. Active, unrestricted DEA certificate. Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association. Physician Associate Requirements:Master's or bachelor's degree from an ARC-PA-approved program. Current NCCPA certification. Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate license. Nurse Practitioner Requirements:Master's, post-master's, or doctoral degree from a nurse practitioner program accredited by CCNE or ACEN.
