Compensation:

$85,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire lending process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
• Review and analyze loan applications, gathering necessary financial documentation for successful closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and lending products to offer clients the best possible advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business owners, building trust and understanding their funding needs.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of being detail-oriented and organized, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to understanding industry trends and lending products.
