Compensation and Benefits Overview:
Attractive two-year salary guarantee based on experience and skills, ranging from $460K to $465K.
Sign-on bonus of $50K.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
The physician will deliver high-quality medical services within their specialty, focusing on direct patient care while also dedicating time to complete medical records, manage MyChart consultations, provide patient education, and collaborate with advanced practice providers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the medical care of a patient panel by providing or coordinating inpatient hospital care, either through regular rounds or by collaborating with hospitalists or other qualified physicians.
Work closely with patients, families, and care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes at designated clinic locations and any other outreach sites as needed.
Conduct and document medical histories and physical examinations in accordance with hospital bylaws.
Arrange for call coverage for both clinic and inpatient patients, adhering to organizational policies and medical staff bylaws.
Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff involved in patient care.
This position is classified as safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Doctorate in Medicine.
Experience
Less than 2 years of experience.
Supervisory Experience
No supervisory experience required.
Licenses and Certifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in the relevant specialty.
Licensed to practice medicine.
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience.
