At AJ Construction the people are the company.Team Member Motto"You take care of the company, and the company will take care of you"Job Description Summary:Work in a team environmentBe able to run the asphalt plant ticket system for extended periods of timePerform daily inspections of plantBe responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and other team membersPerform general labor duties when necessaryFollow directions of the ForemanProperly follow all company policiesMaintain daily, environmental and maintenance logsLoading and unloading of asphalt carriersReceiving inbound materialsQualifications:To perform this job, an individual must be competent, fast learning, and have a good attitudeComputer knowledge preferredExcel in high paced work environmentSelf-drivenEducation/ExperienceMinimum or high school diploma or general education degree requiresPrevious asphalt paving experience is preferredWork Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderMust adhere to safety requirements and procedures in the employee handbookMust be willing to work in a team environmentMust have a valid driver's licenseOvertime hours maybe requiredIndividuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)Be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and coldBe on timeBe willing to train others AJ Construction, LLC
