The Janitor / Maintenance role involves independently managing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure facility cleanliness and safety. This position requires a hands-on approach to janitorial duties, waste disposal, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine daily cleaning tasks
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance

1+ years in facility maintenance
Proficient janitorial skills
