Filling Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing adhesives and sealants, is seeking dedicated Filling Operators to join their team in Direct Hire roles. As a Filling Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Filling Operator

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to fill bulk adhesives/sealants into cartridges or other packaging vehicles.
• Ensure accurate application of labels, date codes, and lot numbers in accordance with work order instructions.
• Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety and quality programs.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret process orders and work instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Open to learning new skills and participating in team activities.
